If you experience difficulty with your online Valuation return, please refer to the common issues below.
- Click on the My Account menu item at the top of the screen. On mobile devices, this can be found by clicking on the ‘hamburger’ menu icon.
- Click on the Register button.
If you do not see the verification email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If using Gmail, also check your promotions and other folders thoroughly. If you have not received the verification email you can log in to request a new Verification email.
- Click on the My Account menu item at the top of the screen. On mobile devices, this can be found by clicking on the ‘hamburger’ menu icon.
- Enter the email address you used during registration.
- Enter your password
- Click the Log In button
Start your first Valuation return by clicking on the Fill a Return button at the top of the website. On mobile devices, this can be found by clicking on the ‘hamburger’ menu icon.
When you submit your application you will receive a confirmation email which will include your unique return submission number starting with the characters RTN- . Once you receive this email you can be sure that your application was submitted.
